Journal of Palaeogeography-English英文简介

Journal of Palaeogeography (JOP) is a newly launched international academic journal of geosciences. It aims to provide a forum for the publication of high quality research papers. JOP has three missions. The first is to encourage articles of Chinese Palaeogeography to go abroad by the journal, and let foreign readers know more about Chinese Palaeogeography. The second is to encourage articles of foreign Palaeogeography to come in China by the Journal, and let Chinese readers know more about foreign Palaeogeography. The third is to promote the communication and cooperation between these two aspects, in order to make great contribution to the development and innovation of Chinese and international Palaeogeography.

《古地理学报》(JOP)是新创办的国际地质科学学术期刊。它的目的是为发表高质量的研究论文提供一个论坛。JOP有三个任务。一是鼓励《中国古地理》杂志的文章走出国门，让外国读者更多地了解中国古地理。二是鼓励《外国古地理》杂志的文章来华发表，让中国读者更多地了解外国古地理。三是促进这两方面的交流与合作，为中国乃至世界古地理的发展与创新做出重要贡献。
