Journal of Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics is devoted to illustrating the importance of pharmacokinetic and biopharmaceutical applications in the understanding of drug action, design, therapy, and evaluation. Experimental and theoretical articles deal with topics such as the kinetics of drug disposition; clinical pharmacokinetics; the time course of pharmacological response; and factors affecting formation and disposition of metabolites. Formerly Journal of Pharmacokinetics and Biopharmaceutics.
