This scholarly journal, published twice monthly under the direction of a renowned editorial board, contains archival papers and reviews spanning breakthrough developments across the full spectrum of materials research. Special Focus Issues, devoted entirely or in part to a single topic of interest to the materials community, are also featured throughout the year. These Focus Issues allow the Journal to provide a comprehensive look at the current research in a particular area of interest to JMR readers.
