Nature Protocols英文简介

Nature Protocols is an online journal of high-quality peer-reviewed protocols for researchers. Protocols are commissioned by the editors or submitted by authors as Presubmission Enquiries. They are presented in a 'recipe' style, providing step-by-step descriptions of procedures that users can take to the lab and immediately apply in their own research. All protocols have been proven to work already, having been used to generate data reported in published research papers. Our scope covers all areas of the biological and biomedical sciences, including methods grounded in physics and chemistry with biological applications (see aims and scope for more info). Protocols can be accessed by searching or browsing the site. Each week, the Editors highlight a featured protocol, which is made freely available for one week. Occasionally, they also write posts for our blog Stepwise. Readers can receive a monthly email alert by signing up for our e-toc. We invite researchers to comment on the protocols and encourage you to follow our Nature Community Guidelines. All authors of protocols or comments must agree to adhere to our terms and conditions.
